Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse after an order has shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
